Austin Wayne Self Quote: “I am proud of the resilience of this AM Racing team. Our No. 22 AM Technical Solutions | GO TEXAN Chevrolet Silverado RST wasn’t very good to start the race, but Ryan (Salomon, crew chief) continued to make adjustments throughout the race and we made some gains.

“But we were just still too tight in Stage 3 to get our lap back and contend for a top-20 finish. We won’t give up. We will keep fighting and look for luck at Texas Motor Speedway next weekend.”
