
The ARCA Racing Series will make it its 23rd trip to the 1.5 mile track located in Sparta, Kentucky for the Crosley Brands 150 Friday evening.
“I am ready to get back racing after this stretch of tough luck,” Self stated.
Last weekend, Self was running among the top-five when he encountered a clutch problem and was relegated to a 16th place finish at the Salem Speedway.
By finishing 16th at Salem last weekend Self secured third overall in the first ever Calypso Short Track Challenge for the ARCA Racing Series.

“Kentucky is a fun track for drivers to race on. You really have to have a good handling racecar especially going over the bumps in turns one and two.”
“We have two solid track to finish the year at Kentucky and the Kansas Speedway, I believe that we have a great chance to get back to victory lane before the end of the 2015 season.”
Chassis: Self will race chassis No. 614 out of the MMM stable. Self last raced the chassis at the Iowa Speedway in July, he raced the car to a sixth place finish. The chassis has two starts earning two top-ten finishes.
