Austin Wayne Self Quote: “Well that stunk. We had a really good No. 22 AM Technical Solutions | GO TEXAN Chevrolet Silverado RST. We were battling hard there during Stage 3 and when Matt (DiBenedetto) did a slide job, our two trucks came connected literally and it took us a long, long time to get detached.

“After that, our race was over. We lost too many laps with little time to recover. It’s a bummer because I really felt that we are on pace to get our third top-10 finish of the season.

“We’ll just go to Darlington here in a few weeks and hopefully we’ll be able to shake this string of bad luck and get back on track.”

Next Up: Dead On Tools 200 at Darlington (S.C.) Raceway on Friday, May 6, 2022, at 7:30 p.m. ET live on FOX Sports 1 (FS1) | Motor Racing Network and SiriusXM Satellite Radio NASCAR Channel 90.
